These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of paretohomeco.com and the Pareto Home text messaging program. Pareto Home, LLC ("Pareto Home," "we," "us," or "our") operates both. By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

About Pareto Home

Pareto Home, LLC sells replacement windows to homeowners in Utah. Installation work is performed by our installation partner. Any purchase is governed by the written agreement you sign for your project. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information available when they are prepared. A quote is not binding until you sign a written agreement. Products, pricing, and availability may change before then.

Text messaging terms

  • Program. Pareto Home text messages, sent by Pareto Home, LLC from (385) 257-3190.
  • What we send. Replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes, project updates, and occasional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
  • How to opt in. Check the optional consent box in the chat window on paretohomeco.com after entering your name and mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Missed calls. If you call us at (385) 257-3190 and we miss your call, we may send you one text message in reply so you can reach us by text. We will not send you other texts unless you reply or opt in through the chat window. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
  • How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (385) 257-3190, or reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, opt in again through the chat window on our site.
  • Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" to any message from us, or text "HELP" to (385) 257-3190, for more assistance, or contact us directly at support@paretohomeco.com or (916) 261-2499.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
  • Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else. Content on this site is general information about our services and is not an offer or a guarantee.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Pareto Home, LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services

The chat window and some other features are provided by outside service providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranties for products and installation, if any, are stated in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pareto Home, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the text messaging program.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
